Efficiently coordinating appointments is vital to the success of Hair & Body Works and its employees.  We understand that appointment changes are occasionally needed; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on our waiting list and your service provider misses out on that income they were counting on. Our appointments are confirmed 4 days in advance via text messages and/or phone calls as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that may have been booked months ago. 

If a customer fails to provide at least 48 hours' notice of needing to change or cancel their appointment, a credit card on file will be required to reserve any future appointments.  

A credit card on file will be required to schedule any appointment longer than 2 hours.

The credit card on file will be automatically charged for any violations of this Cancellation Policy according to the following criteria:  

  • Less than 48 hours' notice of changing or canceling an appointment will result in a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled service(s) amount.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice of changing or canceling an appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) amount.
  •  Same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) amount. 

Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. Guests may contact us within 7 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you. If you request/require additional services to achieve your desired look, and you did not originally receive those services, additional charges will apply.
